Unlike the original VitaGlide®, the new VitaGlide® has independent arms/handle assembly, which will allow you to use arm motions similar to cross-country skiing (push and pull) and rowing (push together/pull together).  Each works out different sets of muscles to strengthen both anterior and posterior muscles, but both focus on rhomboids, trapezius, deltoids, core, pectoral, and triceps.  Anecdotally, quads testing our prototype have indicated sensations along the nipple line when “rowing” – an unexpected result.

With the independently operated arms, you can set the resistance the same for both arms or set the resistance different for each arm, to accommodate weakness or injury.  This allows you to build your strength on your terms.  Find out more at www.vitaglide.com.
